About Platypus
Platypus is India's first certified dog-walking service. We train Guardians, GPS-track every walk, and run strict safety protocols — because walking a dog you love should not require a leap of faith.

Indian cities are busy. Dogs still need to move, sniff, meet the world, and get tired. The people who love them often can't make every single walk happen, every single day — and informal options rarely pass the only test that matters: would you trust this person alone with your dog?
We built Platypus to be that person. A certified Guardian you recognise on sight, assigned to your dog on a schedule you control, with a live GPS trail you can open on your phone any time.
We started in Mumbai in 2024. Today we serve 16 areas across the city and walk hundreds of dogs every week.

Platypus is built by Sagar Sutaria. The company behind it is Third Planet Solutions Private Limited, registered in Mumbai. Every decision — from who we hire as a Guardian to how a walk gets priced — is made in the room where the dog lives.
